Purpose:

The Specialist, Commercial Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of automating our Bill Only Process with 3rd Party Portal Companies within our organization.

This position involves collaborating with various team members to ensure effective management of data-driven initiatives that improve the Bill Only process while optimizing costs.

The candidate will be diligent, possess strong analytical skills, and can communicate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:


* Collect, analyze, supervise and interpret data related to project needs, metrics and service delivery to identify trends and areas for improvement.


* Assist in the documentation of process solutions for the bill-only process.


* Provide support to management in coordinating project initiatives and meetings.


* Prepare presentations and reports that communicate progress on projects and highlight key findings from data analyses.


* Engage with team members, partners, and customers to capture feedback and foster teamwork on project outcomes.


* Assist in establishing relationships with external partners to facilitate vital communications and partnerships.
