Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Staff Development (DSD) to join our leadership team! If you're an LVN with a passion for education, team building, and clinical excellence, we want to hear from you.

? What We're Looking For:


* Active LVN license in California


* Minimum 2 years of LVN experience


* Proven experience as a DSD or strong clinical leader in a skilled nursing setting


* Ability to lead by example, foster a positive culture, and mentor new staff


* Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

? Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee orientation and ongoing training of all facility staff


* Maintain compliance with all state and federal training requirements


* Partner with leadership on quality improvement and infection prevention


* Champion professional development and continuing education initiatives


* Support recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction efforts
