We are searching for the best talent for Associate Business Development Manager - Surgery to be in Seoul.

Purpose: Accelerate new business development and profitable growth in digital solutions via proactive collaboration with Surgery sales team, related enable functions and / or external experts.

Generate insight for RAD business readiness.

You will be responsible for:


* Analyze market data to identify market potential, obtain market insight and monitor key intelligence on digital solutions trends in healthcare industry.


* Pursue business opportunities to drive digital solution business by approaching and identifying the right customers and commercial partners


* Drive new market penetration, accelerate business growth and expand market potential in the untapped specialty market.


* Work with business partners and sales teams to develop and implement business strategies.


* Build a rapport and trust with key customers and engage them


* Participate in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns and business plans.


* Insight generation and readiness for RAD business in collaboration with global teams.


* Develop a market access strategy for robotic surgery by analyzing robotic surgery market data and the purchasing processes of hospitals
