We are looking for E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead to join our team in Thailand.

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of E-Commerce to lead the end-to-end digital commerce agenda for Kimberly-Clark Thailand.

This role is responsible for shaping and executing e-commerce growth strategies across key platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and emerging channels), driving digital sales performance, and enhancing online consumer experience in line with brand and commercial goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:



* Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


* 8–12 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.


* Proven track record in managing online channels and delivering commercial results.


* Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem in Thailand.


* Leadership, analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


* Fluent in Thai and English.
