*This is a fixed-term contract to cover 6-month maternity leave started from July 1st 2025.

1.Co-work with Family Care (SuJay brand) PM team to lead new product development.

2.

Act as a project facilitator across internal and external partners including Sales, Trade Marketing, Mills, and design house, as well as manage and execute the product launch timeline.

3.

Assist PM to plan and execute the brand marketing campaign.

4.

Sales/Data analysis for monthly reporting.

Other qualifications:

- BSc/BA in advertising, business administration, marketing or relevant field is preferred.

- 2-year working experience at least.

Project management experience is preferred.

- Proven experience in NPD process, artwork management, marketing operations or similar role is preferred.

- FMCG job experience is preferred.

- Fast learner and be agile, resilient, detailed-oriented and responsible for project assigned.

- Good time management skill to deliver results on time

- Managing complexity with problem-solving mindset

- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
