Senior Manager - Supplier Quality

* Responsible for Products, Process & Customer Quality, work with Cross functional teams in plant, and from different Schneider Unit,


* Good Analytical skills, with sound technical background,


* Lead the Quality Assurance activities for Products & Process, (Process capability study, SPC analysis...


* Analysis of problems reported in shop floor & give an effective CAPA - RCA,


* Drive process improvement activities in the assembly area,


* Training on Quality tools for all people,


* Exposure on 5 Why, G8D, Six Sigma methodology...


* Collect and prepare monthly report,


* Customer Complaint analysis & implementation of actions to ensure non repeatability of complaints,


* Be the organization's leader to analyze customer complaints and returns and initiative corrective and preventive action using G8D methodology,


* PFMEA, Plan Control management,


* Use Schneider tool and software,


* Participate to meeting with different entities and country

Qualifications

Bachelors DEgree in Engineering, and knows the quaity tools, worked in digital tools
