Your Role:


* Evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders


* Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members


* Support residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life

Qualifications:


* Licensed SLP in the state of California


* SNF experience preferred but not required


* Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for patient care
