The Manager, Myopia Marketing will lead the regional brand strategy, go to market plans, forecasting, and launch excellence for the myopia portfolio of products.

This leader will be responsible for the comprehensive brand stewardship of the ACUVUE® Abiliti™ Brand to enhance professional brand equity and drive business growth across the myopia product portfolio. 

This position partners closely with other commercial functions to drive execution excellence and Global Strategic Marketing to shape the innovation and pipeline agenda.  This role reports directly into the Director of Strategy and Commercial Innovation. 

Responsibilities:



* Develop and execute regional myopia product portfolio strategic plan


* Identify insight-based needs to prioritize and accelerate platform growth


* Launch new products with excellence and deliver milestones at or above benchmark in line with established launch excellence process and accelerate as appropriate


* Report on the progress and health of projects, through key leading indicators


* Deliver the platform wearer, sales and share growth commitments in line with the annual business plan and through all quarterly financial cycles.
