Sales Support and Field Service Representative
Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories seeks a Sales Support & Field Service Representative for their Administration department responsible for visiting clients in person, and office-based sales support responsibilities at the Core Lab.
Works directly with leadership to provide excellent support to the sales team including but not limited to new account set-ups, pricing requests, requisition requests, billing issue resolution, billing edit reports, client supplies request, marketing material requests, and contracting functions.
The focus of the position is to maintain and expand the relationship with customers leading to enhanced company requisition count growth and increased net revenue and client retention.
Collaborates with internal lab personnel and acts as the voice of the customer by listening and providing feedback to the Director.
Major accountabilities include:
* Collaborates to ensures the Sales Support and the Sales departments meet goals and objectives as established by PDL management.
* Representative will create effective call plans to visit accounts including, but not limited to, the core business geography of PDL to provide support and customer service.
* This role includes monitoring default account set ups for corrections in the various laboratory and billing systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
* Minimum: Associate's Degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
* Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
* Minimum: Valid class "C" California Driver's License and verification of acceptable driving record from the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
Years of Related Work Experience:
* Minimum: 1 year of sales support experience or 2 years of client service experience.
* Preferred: 2 years of sales or sales support experience.
Experience working with hospital-based outreach programs.
Previous client services or sales experience a plus.
Experience in a laboratory setting or other health care environment.
