Job Title: RN Weekend Supervisor
Location: Hanford Post Acute - Hanford, CA
Schedule: Weekends Only
Starting Pay: $50/hour

Hanford Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading and supporting a skilled nursing team while ensuring high-quality patient care over the weekend.

Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is provided during weekend shifts


* Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident care plans


* Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for residents, families, and staff on weekends


* Monitor and ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations


* Provide direct patient care as needed and assist in emergencies


* Complete documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly


* Support staff development and training as needed

Qualifications:


* Active RN license in the state of California (in good standing)


* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during weekend shifts
