What You Will Do


* Lead the design and execution of operations projects for the R&D Test Facility, including customer demonstrations, R&D initiatives, and facility improvements.


* Manage all phases of project work, from upfront engineering and design through execution, installation, and commissioning of equipment.


* Develop and implement solutions for a wide range of engineering challenges involving complex systems like furnaces, flare systems, thermal oxidizers, boilers, pumps, motors, and utilities.


* Oversee estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and drawing preparation for facility-related projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives.


* Ensure strict adherence to EH&S protocols and quality standards throughout all phases of project development and facility operations.


* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including instrumentation and control (I&C) engineering, structural engineering, QA/QC, EH&S, and drafting.


* Take ownership of assigned projects, maintaining accountability for safety, quality, timelines, and financial performance.


* Mentor and support other team members, sharing expertise and helping to build technical knowledge across the team.


* Identify and implement facility maintenance and improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and capability .
