* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 5 years financial analyst work experience.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Master's Degree from an accredited institution in the following disciplines preferred: Business or Accounting


* Financial experience working in a manufacturing environment


* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form


* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills


* Self-starter


* Experience with querying databases


* Excellent analytical skills


* Experience with cost accounting


* Collaboration, Interaction, and Communication with Business Partner employee experience preferred


* Ability to meet critical and tight deadlines


* Compliance element experience specifically within an internal control environment


* Monitoring and interpreting financial results experience


* Ability to forecast and present data to upper-level management

Responsible for daily financial analysis to support Manufacturing, Operations, and Management decisions that will support the segment in reaching its financial goals.

Work with Segment Controller and business partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
