Job Description:

We are searching for an IT Manager Site services located in Gurabo, PR J&J Innovative Medicine manufacturing site

The IT Manager will be accountability to our business, OT and end user community, Delivery and Sustainment (life cycle management) of IT Infrastructure and Application Solutions and Services that will enable continuous manufacturing operations at the site.

They will have Supply Chain experience and Infrastructure service, repair and deployment experience and knowledge while adhering to Cyber security and IAPP policies

Key Responsibilities:



* Acts as a domain expert on technical design for the deployment of Infra, firewalls, ICE network, IT/OT application integrations, IoT technology enablement capability, Equipment connectivity


* Liaisons multi-functionally to help identify and build & define scope definition, solution design, configuration, extension(s), and enablement through to final deliverables to comprehensively address specific customer business needs and requirements.


* Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the Infrastructure and software development lifecycle applying Agile methodologies and tools


* In depth knowledge of Supply chain Business processes or Manufacturing applications like MES, Historian etc.


* Performs day-do-day activities under minimal supervision to advance progress towards operational goals with direct impact on achievement of results within area of work


* Responsible for site reliability, IT change management and planning and performing life cycle management


* Confident written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills


* Building trusted relationships and effectively managing and influence partnerships while addressing customer concerns.


* Ability to properly prioritize and deliver adhoc and planned demand

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.

 

Experience and Skills:

Required:



* A minimum of 7 years Infrastructure and Application deployment experience


* Experience in building and deploying business solutions.

Supply Chain experience with systems such as MES is desirable.
