Identity & Access Management Specialist I

Cottage Health seeks an Identity & Access Management Specialist I for their CH ITS Security department responsible for administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting user access requests for systems used at Cottage Health.

Ensures secure provisioning, de-provisioning, and distribution of user access credentials and supports the implementation of IAM policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Education:


* Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:


* Preferred: One of the following: Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).

Technical Requirements:


* Minimum: Basic computer skills.


* Preferred: Working knowledge or HIPAA, Meaningful Use and Payment Card Industry (PCI).

Experience using industry ticketing solutions, such as ServiceNow.

Working knowledge of CyberArk and SailPoint.

Years of Related Work Experience:


* Preferred: 1-2 years of IT, Risk Management or Security experience.
