Are you an experienced LVN who loves organization, communication, and keeping a facility running smoothly? Roseville Care Center is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Desk/Admissions Nurse (LVN) to join our collaborative and friendly team!

What You'll Do:
? Lead the admissions process with professionalism and warmth
? Coordinate new resident intakes and documentation using PCC
? Serve as the communication hub between departments during your shift
? Ensure seamless transitions for residents entering our care
? Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and a positive attitude!

What We're Looking For:
✔ Active LVN license in California
✔ At least 1 year of experience with admissions and PointClickCare (PCC)
✔ Stellar communication and organizational skills
✔ Compassionate, calm, and dependable demeanor
✔ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
