Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON)
Bridge Crest Post Acute - Full Time | Full Benefits
Salary: $ 100,000-$ 125,000 per year

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse ( RN) to join our leadership team as the Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON) .

This is a full- time position offering full benefits and a competitive salary.

As our Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work side by side with our Director of Nursing to support and strengthen our clinical operations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


* Overseeing and managing our Infection Prevention Program


* Leading Staff Education and Development


* Supporting and guiding our Nursing and CNA team


* Assisting with quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance


* Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high- quality care

We are looking for an RN with strong leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to foster a positive team environment.

Requirements:


* Active RN license in good standing


* Previous leadership experience in a long- term care or post- acute setting preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
