What You'll Be Doing:


* Assist residents with showering, sponge baths, or other hygiene needs as specified in their care plan.


* Maintain resident safety and comfort during bathing activities.


* Monitor residents for signs of distress, skin breakdown, or unusual conditions and report to nursing staff.


* Ensure privacy and dignity are maintained at all times.


* Clean and disinfect bathing equipment and shower areas after each use.


* Assist with dressing, grooming, and transferring residents as needed.


* Maintain accurate records of services provided.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and nursing staff.

What We're Looking For:


* Current CNA certification is required.


* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, families , and staff.


* A compassionate, resident-centered attitude and a passion for making a difference in others' lives.


* Ability to handle the physical demands of the role.


* Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus , but not required.
