As a Strategic Initiatives Delivery Product Owner within the Acquiring Platform and Rails (APR) team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of data and reporting solutions to cater to the needs of both existing and potential clients.

You will keep up with market trends and manage both short-term and long-term investments to boost competitiveness and profitability.

Utilizing your advanced skills, you will challenge traditional methods, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of ongoing innovation.

You will balance the needs of different regions, segments, and lines of business against limited resources, while promoting an operating model focused on end-to-end client value.

Job responsibilities


* Leads a Strategic Initiative into delivery including development, execution, risk management, in coordination of business growth targets, clients and regional segments.


* Coordinates with global stakeholders inside and outside of the product organization to: 1) complete detailed designs and arrive into an implementation sized; 2) sequence deliveries against overall solution; 3) deliver a solution that can be tested and scaled globally; 4) successfully transfer solution to platform leaders to operate and scale.


* Leads the relevant PDLC process sections in the creation of solutions, with a focus on disciplined planning and delivery.


* Owns solution performance as aggregated against the activities of the client and regional segments and is responsible for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives


* Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of global initiatives.


* Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders on global progress and challenges.


* Facilitate global meetings and presentations to drive consensus and alignment on strategies and solutions, including last mile differences by region.
