(Intertek-PSI) is a leading US based provider of construction assurance, testing and inspection in civil and commercial construction.

Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing.

What are we looking for?

The Environmental Technician will support the Environmental business by conducting Environmental Consulting work in the Ohio Valley, Region.

This includes performing field sampling of building contaminants, indoor air quality, and other components of green buildings for certification.

This position will require some off-shift and overtime work, as well as out-of-town travel.

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, can vary depending on workload

What you'll do:


* Asbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Inspections


* Asbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Abatement Monitoring


* Asbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Clearance Sampling


* Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)


* Phase II/Subsurface Investigations

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:


* High school diploma


* Strong work ethic


* Experience with Microsoft office products


* Must be able to work off shifts with some overnight travel


* Effective communication


* Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record required

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:


* Associate's degree or 2-year technical degree, or 4-year undergraduate degree
