Job Description

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Leadership

- Partner with the business team and Supply Chain Directors to own the Supply Planning, Supply network design optimization and cost to serve optimization across enterprise markets.

- Play a pivotal role in formulating the supply chain strategy for enterprise markets that enables strong delivery of the Strategic Business plans.

- Own the centralization and standardization of supply panning processes across all Enterprise Market Clusters.

- Lead the project to implement Kinaxis Agile planning software and process for the segment.

Financial Acumen

- Own the process of continuously analyzing the supply network for optimization opportunities and drive KC overall benefits.

- Understand Free Cash Flow and able to drive FCF action plans

- Understand portfolio gross margins and is able to recommend best financial course of action to solve issues.

Planning Excellence & Supply Network Design

- Drive implementation of S&OP at Segment level and able to identify critical KPIs depending on maturity of process in each business cluster.

- Own standardizing and centralizing supply planning systems and processes across the Enterprise Markets by setting up planning hubs.

- Identify Planning capability gaps and drive action plans to close the gaps.

- Own Master Data processes that ensures planning data integrity

- Leads team to implement Kinaxis Planning software across enterprise markets.

- Quantify Cost of Complexity and drive SKU complexity and spec complexity reduction.

- Leads SND Studies to optimize end to end supply chain for relevant products to drive down landed COGS.

- Ability to work with global Value Stream teams and connect appropriate segment teams to drive value stream thinking and value stream projects in the segment.

Leadership Competencies / Qualifications

Essential

- Previous experience in leading planning centralization and establishing central planning hubs.

- Demonstrable track record of leading Planning teams and has done hands on planning for multiple categories.

- Experience of working in partnership with Finance, Engineering and Marketing to formulate and lead Supply Network Design analysis and optimization.

- Has track record of delivering step change improvement in planning processes, Inventory Reduction & Customer service improvements.

- Strong analytics, able to stand back and evaluate data, a rigorous and creative approach to problem solving.

Has the capability to transform it into actionable strategy which is measurable.

- Exceptional developer of talent and track record of leading planning teams.
