Channel Program Operation Specialist, Secure Power

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals, Channel Program Operation Specialist to join our Strategy&Commmercial Operation team in Secure Power business, Japan.

The role is responsible for managing our partner program and enablement excellence.

Work with Channel and Marketing leadership to design and roll out any new programs, promotions or incentives to help drive revenue, through organize and manage Partner Portal with specific functions increasing partner experience.

The role owner will report directly to the Japan Secure Power Director of Strategy and Commercial operations.
Responsibilities will include:

l Overseeing Schneider's Partner Program

l Ensuring incentive programs are aligned to the region or country strategy

l Manage an appropriate review and analysis of Channel program to leadership

l Operate process from budget planning to payment confirmation with collecting appropriate data, files, evidence, etc

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

l 5+ years of channel sales, sales support and/or marketing experience - IT Channel experience a plus

l The ideal candidate has worked on both sides in Channel business and knows distribution but also the reseller business

l Proven experience of Channel sales support

l Experience in working with virtual teams across the regions is beneficial

l Demonstrates analytical skills and financial acumen

l Strong communication and presentation skills

l Must be strongly self-motivated, flexible and proactive

l Fluent in Japanese and business level English required
