Hub Operations Specialist
Job Summary: The role holder will be responsible for driving end-to-end internal league events, managing lab operations, maintaining, and upgrading the innovation centre, and overseeing floor space management.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Event Management:
• Drive end-to-end internal league events such as CoreXpert and incremental launch events.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communication.
2.
Lab Management:
• Oversee non-technical operations within the lab.
• Handle logistics, inventory management, vendor relationships, and facilitate prototype procurement.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address any operational issues promptly.
3.
Innovation Centre Maintenance and Upgradation:
• Maintain the innovation centre to ensure it meets the highest standards.
• Plan and execute upgrades to enhance the centre's capabilities.
• Manage vendor relationships to support maintenance and upgradation efforts.
• SPoC for PP International Hub for Procurement related tasks.
4.
Floor Space Management:
• Maintain and upgrade the infrastructure within the innovation centre.
• Allocate space efficiently to meet the needs of various projects and teams.
• Ensure the workspace is conducive to innovation and productivity.
Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in event management, operations, and facility management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in managing innovation centres or similar facilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and vendor relations.
• Familiarity with infrastructure maintenance and space allocation.
