Product Owner, LV
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on knowledge & working preferably with Schneider Electric LV switchgear or any other make switch gear products.
• Knowledge on:
§ Low and medium voltage panels.
§ Numerical relays and relay coordination.
§ Wiring & busbar technologies.
§ ACBs & VCBs
§ PLC programing, communication protocols (Ethernet, CANBUS, Modbus).
§ IS & IEC standard knowledge pertaining to power panels.
§ Installation & commissioning of LV & MV panels.
Areas of Responsibility:
• New offer design and development in LV technologies for training.
• Need to be aware on latest technologies, solutions & recommend implementing in our solutions.
• Must be able to guide and develop vendors for development and manufacturing of the products.
• To be knowledgeable to derive specifications based on customer requirement.
• Equipment demonstration and delivering training on products in India and overseas.
• Develop Training Manuals.
• To be aware of National and international technical standards & certifications.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge and application of power systems in building & industrial installation.
• Engineering, Design and implementation of LV panels for power distribution in the Utility sectors, Industry sectors.
• Installation and commissioning of LV panels
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and able to work in a multi-tasking small technical working group.
• Easily adaptable to changing work environments and priorities.
• Strong written communication skills with an ability to articulate technical ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth functioning of lab.
• Problem solving skills with good judgement and ability to troubleshoot many different types of situations.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills including a customer service focus to interact effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain safety procedures in the lab.
• Competent with the use of basic power tools.
• Brainstorm, deploy 5S & Kaizen ideas, automation ideas to be highly efficient in our operations and to make the most out of the available resource.
• Collaborate with team members on design, front office, offer marketing, manufacturing units and suppliers.
• Willing to travel overseas.
Qualifications
• BE in Electrical background.
• Overall, 10 years plus of experience is required.
• Diverse technical background (Design, Engineering, manufacturing, commissioning and operations, lab)
