Role reports to: Supplier Collaboration TPO

Location: Bangalore

Travel %: 10-15%

Pay: 26 (if compliant with country laws)

What you will do

The Global Supplier Collaboration Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business partners to continually improve end-to-end supplier collaboration processes.

Responsible for business process analysis, contribute to shaping of agile user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, and driving to agreeable, valuable solutions in partnership with regional/ global Business and Technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted technology partner, working with business and IT partners to identify unmet needs, and to propose and deliver innovative IT solutions.

• Lead the functional/technical discovery process for Consumer Supplier Collaboration platforms, gathering scope and requirements, producing functional specifications for solutions.

• Proactively match business needs with existing Kenvue Supplier Collaboration capabilities.

• Provide rapid prototyping and conceptual designs where requirements are ambiguous or Unproven.

• Responsible for leading and delivering Enhancements and Smaller projects.

• Support the implementation of larger programs and projects within the team

• Actively support continuous process improvement to enhance business performance.

• Partner with business owner to ensure delivery of the product SLAs

• Review and approve changes to the Supplier Collaboration applications

• Be open to learning by cultivating professional relationships inside and outside of Kenvue including building a good understanding of best practices in other countries to re-use or create new harmonized solutions wherever possible.

• Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility
