District Attorney Secretary - Indio

The Riverside County District Attorney's Office seeks to fill a District Attorney Secretary vacancy in Indio.

As a District Attorney Secretary, the incumbent will perform a variety of legal secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties to support multiple leadership positions within the District Attorney's Office.

The incumbent will be responsible for calendar management, coordinating schedules and meetings, tracking and maintaining various spreadsheets and data, preparing monthly statistical reports, creating presentations including various types of visual data, creating and designing flyers for advertisements and notices, processing reimbursement and payment requests, and performing other related duties as required.

Competitive applicants will be bilingual in English/Spanish and possess previous work experience in a secretarial or stenographic capacity with complex scheduling, managing calendars for multiple leadership personnel, aggregating statistical reports, processing reimbursement and payment requests.

Also intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite and Canva software to create PowerPoint presentations and flyers that effectively display various types of visual data including charts, tables, and graphics.

Additionally, positions in this class are characterized by the primary responsibility and continuing performance of secretarial, and complex clerical tasks of an administrative/legal nature and non-routine related duties for an Assistant Department Head, Deputy Director, or Division Chief.
