The Associate Director, Operational Excellence will play a critical role in supporting operations & execution of US medical affairs strategies for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and retina.

This position reports directly to the Director, Medical Excellence & Impact, Medical Affairs, and will serve as a core member of the US Medical Affairs team and will work in close collaboration with other cross-functional team members

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of thriving in complexity and ambiguity, ideally with experience in collaborating with key business partners.

Specific responsibilities include:


* Enhance financial execution for therapeutic areas by acting as the primary medical affairs liaison for funding decisions, identifying and addressing project spending statuses, and contributing to the overall efficiency and strategic management of financial operations and budgets.


* Serve as the primary point person for operational tasks related to contracting and procurement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and processes.


* Act as the primary medical affairs liaison for strategic initiatives, overseeing project execution and progress reporting, while playing a key role in supporting therapeutic area prioritization and strategic decision-making for projects.
