We are searching for the best talent for E2E Excellence Digital Analyst LATAM to be in Bogota, Colombia or São José dos Campos, Brazil.

Purpose: This professional is responsible for developing, deploying, and promoting standard processes and tools within the region.

The ideal candidate will leverage their functional expertise to introduce new processes and policies that enhance productivity and efficiency.

You will be responsible for:


* Developing, deploying, and adopting regional standard digital processes and tools with standardized transactions.


* Introducing new digital processes and policies based on functional expertise, benchmarking, innovation, and lean principles.


* Facilitating best practice sharing through digital platforms, delivering system and process training, and managing digital process improvement projects.


* Developing and deploying digital knowledge to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to increase their capabilities.


* Conducting internal and external benchmarking to enhance digital processes and productivity.


* Identifying digital process improvement opportunities by conducting assessments with clusters (Process Mapping).


* Ensuring the adoption and adherence to key digital implementations, while regularly monitoring compliance with digital processes and tools.


* Understanding business requirements to define the digital scope of processes, training, and management needs.


* Owning planning analytics and developing a consistent set of digital tools to improve key supply chain metrics and support business decisions.


* Understanding and applying Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with the team.
