Business Change Management Lead - Vice President

As a Business Change Management Lead - Vice President within the Business Change Management team, you will manage efforts to streamline employee transitions and system accessibility.
You will foster stakeholder relationships, enforce risk mitigation strategies, and collaborate globally to set best practices.
You will also support ad hoc projects within Business Support Management to improve the employee experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Direct a team ensuring efficient employee transitions and system accessibility.
* Address concerns related to core activities and project initiatives.
* Develop relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Strengthen partnerships with key business entities, including Business Operations and Compliance.
* Implement a robust control and compliance environment to mitigate risks.
* Collaborate with global teams to establish support standards.
* Participate in and occasionally lead strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
* Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with knowledge of Global Banking business processes.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influence skills across all organizational levels.
* Excellent judgment and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality of information.
* Superior organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
* Prior experience in management roles such as team lead or people manager.
* Project management skills to lead initiatives or support broader team efforts.
* Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite of products.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
* Knowledge of Global Banking business processes.
* Experience in strategic initiatives and ad hoc project leadership.
