? What You'll Do as an RN:


* Coordinate and oversee the care of residents with a focus on dignity and safety


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders


* Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans


* Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care is delivered


* Respond to changes in residents' conditions and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members


* Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation


* Foster a warm, supportive environment for residents and their loved ones

* Current RN license in the state of SC


* Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
