Lean Enterprise Program Manager

If you are a Lean Enterprise Program Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an opening for you! Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will provide project management support for Supply Chain initiatives that require broad application of lean and/or six sigma principles and tools in support of Supply Performance Engineering strategy.

Focusing on ensuring supplier management processes consistently achieve performance targets with respect to quality, speed, and cost.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:



* Providing lean support to Global Supply Chain


* Leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements


* Leading and handling lean projects


* Training and coaching employees on lean/six sigma methodologies and tools 


* Provide leadership in finding opportunities and delivering solutions for metric improvements


* Provide leadership for identifying training needs.

Define requirements for training classes and conduct training for internal and external personnel

For This Role, You Will Need:



* Bachelor’s Degree


* 6 years related experience


* Lean/Six Sigma training 


* Project Management Skills


* Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* Lean and/or six sigma certifications
