Ground LVL Development
First-Party Hospitality Project Management.

Derived from an owner/operator perspective, Ground LVL serves as a uniquely-positioned project management firm.

Our veteran team is experienced with select, full-service, luxury, branded and independent properties and possesses the expertise to execute successful value-add projects.

Ground LVL focuses on servicing institutional owners in the private and public real estate industry, offering a great opportunity for currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate level students.

The Project Management Intern will assist the entire PDS team with day-to-day project specific efforts related to the significant capital improvement/renovations throughout Ground LVL's current project portfolio.

The position will participate in daily interaction with the external project team(s) of architects,engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other professionals through the process of planning, design and renovation of specific hotel projects.

Specific duties will include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence efforts for new deals/acquisitions (new construction or existing assets).

Responsibilities include documenting scope of work and coordinating with estimator to ensure accurate estimating
• Assist in development of project-specific scope and budget source documents for brand negotiations and launch of project execution.
• Assist with the management of the procurement of design, construction and consultants services for assigned projects by supporting project teams with execution of: RFP's and Leveling Exercises, Meeting Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Transmittal Documentation, Project, Schedule and Project Budget Review

• Exposure to the process of review of architectural, design, and engineering construction drawings and bid documents;
