The Role: Offer Manufacturing Lead

The Offer Manufacturing Lead (OML) works on prioritizing projects, from new product introduction to product evolution up to product withdrawal.

OML will have an assigned line of business (LoB) squad and collaborate with the LoB leaders and engineers to be the factory's bridge.

What will you do?


* Consolidate projects per assigned line of business and prioritize based on criticality and available resource.
+ New product introduction.
+ Product Evolution (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Resiliency)


* Coordinate the projects to the cross-functional team in the factory, including supply chain and procurement.


* Have regular meetings with the assigned Line of Business Squads.


* Review and Approve Change Notices.

Who would be successful?


* Graduate of any Engineering related courses


* Minimum of (5) years in project management of complex electronic products or similar electronics manufacturing environment


* Strong project management skills in doing multiple product projects, programs, and launches


* Advanced skills in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle


* High level of problem-solving/analytical skills is required


* Strong leadership potential


* Good technical report writing skills


* Team oriented and confident to work with cross-cultural teams


* Excellent business ethics and integrity


* Highly independent and self-starter


* Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must


* Data-driven individual with an eye for detail


* Demonstrates flexibility in style to meet the requirements


* Demonstrates a methodical work organization


* Comfortably work under a lot of pressure


* Leader in customer service, a professional approach to internal and external clients


* Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills


* Willingness to gain and share knowledge


* High confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people


* Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite


* Working arrangements: 6x a week onsite, Mondays to Fridays 8 am - 5 pm and Saturdays 8 am -2 pm only
