Technical Product Owner

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who will lead a major business project with a good mix of firmware technical skills and project management skills to run a squad working on product development for H&D.

Primary Skills (Technical Competency):

Ø Overall 8 to 12 years of experience in web full stack development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and any server-side language (such as Lua, Python, Ruby, or similar)

Ø Working experience with any JavaScript MVC frameworks like Ext JS, Angular, React, etc.

Ø Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, SQLite, Redis, etc.

Ø Proficient in coaching and mentoring team members while fostering collaboration, guiding the team in resolving technical challenges, contributing to design discussions, and participating in code reviews.

Ø Awareness of design principles, design patterns, performance parameters like memory / CPU utilization.

Ø Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including Offer Marketing and Solution Owners, to define the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

Ø Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX design, Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity, technical documentation, and third-party suppliers.

Ø Assisting the development team in clarifying requirements and bridging the gap between technical and business perspectives.

Ø Experience in creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlog items in JIRA to facilitate smooth project execution.

Ø Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, enabling effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospective processes.

Ø Capable of overall project planning, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and allocating resources effectively.

Ø Excellent communication skills to report project status, address roadblocks, and facilitate discussions with team members and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Ø Working experience in Windows and Linux environments.

Ø Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub, Bitbucket actions/any other equivalent), cloud technologies and mobile app is a plus

Ø Experience in working on Agile with SCRUM/KANBAN is a big plus

Ø Ability to work with distributed delivery team

Ø Working experience with Ethernet Products (IP based) and Home Automation applications
