What will you do

Associate Business Development Manager is a role within a company that focuses on generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

The primary goal of a ABDM is to identify and engage with prospects, qualify their needs, and ultimately convert them into qualified sales leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base.

• Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products.

• Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.

• Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus to achieve sales goals.

• Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.

• Ensures sales activities follow national, state, local, & company regulations, policies, & procedures.

• Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence.

• Controls budgets for a district or region.

• Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:


* Graduate with a bachelor's degree; Business related course is a plus


* Minimum 2 until 5 years of experiences in sales.


* Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and financial acumen.


* Good communication skills.


* Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.


* Wiling to be placed all area of Indonesia.
