What will you do

The position leads Sales & Digital Strategy for E2E HCP (Health Care Professional) teams of Self Care, Essential Health (EH) and Skin Health (SH).

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth Nationally (Self Care, Essential Health and Skin Health), delivering on budgeted sales & Direct SGNA objectives, developing and coaching senior 3 rd Line managers, building sustainable relationships with KOLs, driving execution of in-clinic and out-clinic strategy for building scientific equity, recommendation share from HCPs thereby delivering on overall business outcomes for the organization.


* Leads the Sales Delivery and Sales Strategy responsibilities with a key focus on high growth opportunity areas across the country


* Explores new areas of growth and proactively conceptualizes the concept, design , strategy & execution with KPIs to leads the business against all external marketplace disruptions


* Leads development of the professional team deployment strategy across HCP specialties and geographies in service of the overall business strategy


* Brings in outside-in focus with a keen eye on market and competition to develop winning strategies


* Serves as a role model for managing a team of highly motivated professionals and providing solutions to help them realize individual and organizational goals.


* Optimizes sales/ recommendation (for ORSL, Self-Care, Skin and Johnson's Baby portfolio) opportunities across all areas of business through effective teamwork and collaboration


* Drives efficiencies in Professional Team operations and builds best-in-class quality of HCP coverage and in-clinic effectiveness


* Responsible for building omnichannel touchpoints to drive Growth & deepen HCP Engagement through Human Enabled Touchpoint Transformation


* Identifies opportunities to institutionalize principles of effective teamwork within the company.
