Experienced Interior Designers Wanted At IKEA Oslo

We are currently looking for an Interior Designer for the Oslo Market.

It is a 100% position with a one year duration, starting 01.08.25

In this position, your responsibilities will include:



* Creating relevant, functional, aesthetic, and commercial home furnishing solutions that position the IKEA Brand in the local market as the leader in life at home


* Actively contributing to gathering insights from home visits and translating this knowledge into local solutions that exceed customer expectations and reflect home furnishing the IKEA way


* Using the IKEA product range to show the distinct and different styles that appeal to many individual tastes and needs within the local market


* Ensuring your areas of responsibility are in top-notch condition


* Staying updated on trends and our customers' shopping patterns to provide a simple and pleasant shopping experience

Are You The One We Are Looking For?

For this job, we believe you will need at least 12 months of experience working as an Interior Designer.

 Proficiency in English is a requirement, and you should also love going the extra mile and collaborating with others.

Plus, we are looking for someone who has:



* Education in Interior Design or similar field


* Strong communicative skills, capable of guiding peers and influencing stakeholders to achieve common goals


* Ability to work autonomously and collaborate when needed


* A knack for blending commercial, aesthetic, and practical skills  


* A talent for generating, visualizing, and presenting new ideas
