* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


* Knowledge of Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and scientific methods for problem solving.


* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.


* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.


* Have good organizational skills.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.


* 2 years experience in the investment casting industry.


* Experience with inspection, testing, validation, and certification processes.


* Strong understanding quality assurance methodologies.


* APQP experience.


* Experience in new process control development and product start-ups.


* Project management experience.


* Good verbal communication skills.


* Proven problem-solving skills using sound fundamentals


* Ability to effectively work/communicate as part of a project team.


* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activities.
