Job Description:

Lead our marketing efforts for our Solid Tumor portfolio, specifically focusing on Urology products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and improve patient outcomes.



* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to advance the Solid Tumor portfolio while aligning with overall business objectives.



* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the oncology sector.



* Brand Management: Oversee brand strategy and positioning, ensuring that marketing initiatives and activities resonate with healthcare providers and patients.



* Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.



* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.



* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and R&D teams to align product positioning and messaging across all channels.



* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required Minimum Education: Advanced degree (MBA, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.   

Required Years of Related Experience:5 Years+



* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on oncology or urology.

Sales management experience is preferred.


* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.


* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic decision-making.



* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using market data to make informed marketing decisions.



* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
