Purpose: As a Principal Product Owner / Principal System Engineer you will be a part of the development leadership team responsible for defining specifications, prioritizing product features, and overseeing the development of digital solutions, including CARTONET and Cloud Pillar products, in alignment with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:



* Serve as a key contact for digital solution development, collaborating with the team to manage the product vision and strategy.


* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and strategic goals.


* Analyze and define product requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and requirements with acceptance criteria.


* Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.


* Work closely with customers and the operations team to ensure high-quality solutions.


* Verify with the operations team product availability of over 99% and address issues identified by customers.


* Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product objectives and timelines.
