Job Description:

This position is to enhance resource synergy across regions and standardize processes from strategy to execution.

This role focuses on integrating innovative platforms, strengthening partnerships with RSM, and empowering the RPM team to improve overall capabilities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities


* Adapt central marketing strategy to regional marketing strategy, works closely with brand team and sales team to develop tactical execution plan and leads team to implement the plan.


* Oversee regional project and activities effectiveness and lead daily operations with compliance to ensure execution excellence.


* Monitor activities’ KPI and controls budget to assess promotional effectiveness.


* Synergize cross brands activity platform to drive effectives and maximize the impact.


* Provide regional market analysis and insights to support central marketing decision-making and support RSM to oversee the resources allocation with market strong insights.


* Builds strong network with national and regional KOL concept management, as long as internal CVT collaboration, keep long term effective professional engagement.


* Train and develop the team grand marketing skills, coach and inspire team to achieve goals.

Required Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:                               

Advanced degree (MBA, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.   

Required Years of Related Experience:

10 Years+

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)


* Working experience: Sales management experience in related area is a must, RSM& central MKT working experience is preferred


* TA: Experience in oncology would be a strong plus.


* Strategic planning: with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with central MKT strategy.
