THE OPPORTUNITY

We are searching for the best talent for a Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) Associate to join our MedTech business in Australia.

As the HEMA Associate, you will be working with high performing multi-disciplinary teams, to identify, develop, and achieve funding and reimbursement for key product portfolios across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech franchises.

You will report to the Director for Health Economics Market Access at Johnson & Johnson MedTech (JJMT) ANZ, contributing to the development of market access strategies and plans specific to business projects, whilst supporting HEMA team members on projects across the JJMT franchises.

 You will develop PL applications, MSAC and DRG HTA/reimbursement applications, inclusive of relevant documentation collation.

You will be the key subject matter expert responsible for educating internal teams on local market access barriers and/or opportunities by gathering information on clinical benefits, health outcomes and cost implications of the JJMT product portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Health Economics & Market Access


* Identify, develop, and achieve funding and reimbursement success related to key product portfolios across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech (JJMT) franchises.


* Provide clear and accurate written and verbal communication of JJMT market access processes and respective government deadlines specific to aligned projects.


* Execute on business project reimbursement plans and activities with completion of HTA application sections and submission of PL applications.


* Execute on maintaining product/billing code listings on the PL in collaboration with marketing and regulatory affairs teams.


* Develop and disseminate health economic tools to support business projects aligned to key technologies.
