Working as part of the Resourcing team, you will be responsible for supporting both clinical and non clinical recruiters and for managing all recruitment administration that supports the initial stages in the recruitment process through to candidate contract issuance and onboarding.

With a customer focused approach, you will have responsibility for the management of applications across various job platforms, ensuring a great candidate experience is delivered, updating our internal ATS and Recruitment platforms and having initial calls with clinical candidates to qualify their details and booking them in for a formal telephone interview with one of the Recruiters and supporting interview arrangement for non clinical interviews with hiring managers all underpinned by SLA's and KPI's.

Salary range - £30,000

• Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media and internal ATS System to identify potential candidates.

• Support the team to build and maintain a talent pool of experienced candidates

• Manage Clinical applications and make initial contact with candidates and upload details to ATS

• Schedule telephone interviews and 1st stage interviews for Recruiters

• Maintain and update ATS with relevant information.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate records.

• Work with Marketing to ensure regular communication is sent to talent pools.

• Management of Avature for all candidate data, contract issuance to onboarding, requisition creation to closure ensuring accuracy of information at all times

• Assist with administrative tasks such as uploading documentation, recording candidate data, keeping relevant trackers up to date.

• Generate and analyse recruitment reports as needed.

• Monitoring activity and demonstrating impact of hires

• Build effective relationships and work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team..

• Responsibility for team service delivery within parameters of all agreed service levels

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced working environment

• Proficient in MS Word / MS Excel

• Experience of working within a service delivery / target driven environment

• Experience of working with applicant tracking systems.
