To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.


* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role.


* Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, Power BI).


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* The Supply Planner & Inventory Analyst for the SEA region will be responsible for managing the supply network planning and traded goods planning for BCC category, inventory projections, and service work processes for the region.

This role involves ensuring optimal inventory levels, effective supply planning, and timely identification and mitigation of risks to meet customer and business needs.


* Supply Network Planning: Lead the supply and deployment planning for the SEA market for baby and childcare category-1600 MSU and 600 SKUs, Manage the planning of traded goods, ensuring efficient supply chain operations across 45 network locations.
