Job Title: Facility Technician I
First shift M-F 7-3:30.

Forklift driver for new shredder.

Must have forklift experience.

Pay: $18.00 to $21.00 an hour - DOE
Description


* The Facility Technician I performs hands-on operational duties in a facility environment, including drum pumping, dumping, tank farm activities, and offloading vans.

The role requires physical labor, safety awareness, and attention to environmental and regulatory compliance.

This position supports day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.

Work is performed under supervision with a focus on safety, productivity, and cleanliness.

This is a non-supervisory role with minimal travel required.

Responsibilities


* Perform routine operations including drum movement and opening, truck loading and unloading at the tank farm, filter press operations, and proper inventory storage in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations


* Operate a forklift as needed and complete required daily safety checks prior to operation


* Complete and submit required documentation related to material handling and waste tracking


* Adhere to all Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures


* Maintain understanding of and compliance with area-specific permit standards


* Meet or exceed daily production goals as established by management


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


* Perform additional duties as assigned
