Propose acceleration strategy of market influence, with the consideration of (but not limited to) below parties:

Alliances

Universities

DSO / DNO / State Grid

Codes & Standards

e.

Public Relation and Government Relation

2.

Define the framework & process of market influence:

a.

How to identify the right audience / target group to influence

b.

Prioritization of the audience

c.

What goal to achieve

d.

Possibility to help BD team

e.

Any other internal resources to leverage: cross division / function / hub...

3.

Lead market influence plan, and collaborate with MarCom on events planning:

a.

Define the right mechanism / frequency to engage with different parties

b.

Drive events / thought leadership / visits according to market influence needs

c.

Training / workshop with prioritized audience

4.

Design the right content for market influence training / events / thought leadership with architect / technical writer and MarCom leader.

5.

Maintain good relationship with prioritized audience (key target to influence).

6.

Contribute as needed basis to all preparation of strategy deep dive, board meeting and other corporate strategy process.

Qualifications
