Business Intelligence Manager

1.

Lead all market research as needed for different regions, including but not limited:

a.

Understand the current existing SE research / data that could be leveraged (data source: global marketing, corp.

strategy, and cross division).

b.

Identify the right scope (which use case, where, why necessary, who to work on, and how) with cross hub / cross different alignment.

c.

Work with 3rd party research company to guide and give them right direction.

d.

Final report sanity check.

2.

Data mining - Close watch 3rd party resources: BNEF, McKinsey, Guidehouse, ...

3.

Define and structure the market watch plan, including but not limited:

a.

Competitor watch: Reinforce our knowledge of the competitive landscape, closely watch competitor move, incl.

competitors' partnership, new launches, new project delivered...

b.

Market watch: Key market evolution related to New ED, incl.

new alliances, new customer projects declared, knowledge sharing released by any party...

c.

New technology: Explore and report any type of new technology that New ED needs to pay attention to, thru market exploration, and regular communication with cross division.

4.

Anticipate future market needs based on market trends, competitor moves.

5.

Consolidate above market / competitor / technology / data info and generate regular report for core management and Open Line with key highlights, and areas of attention.

6.

Close watch on potential partners that partnership program could recruit, regularly share the key findings with partnership manager.

7.

Contribute on as needed basis to all preparation of strategy deep dive, board meeting and other corporate strategy process.

Qualifications

Ability to interact at ease with top management and articulate thoughts and ideas in clear manner

5.

At least 2 year experience in business intelligence role
