Partnership Manager

1.

Propose acceleration strategy of partnership program.

2.

Execute the framework & process for Partnership Program thru collaboration with Global Marketing, Channel, Cross Division and Cross Functional Teams.

3.

Drive strong alignment with cross division teams on all sorts of topics on Partnership.

4.

Lead partnership recruitment, and maintain good relationship with partners.

5.

Provide strong support to business development by setting up strong partnerships with Channel (Go-to-market), Complementarity (DC loads and ecosystem) and Strategic Customers.

6.

Lead partner events, and collaborate with global marketing and channel team:

a.

Define the right mechanism / frequency to engage with different partners

b.

Drive joint events / thought leadership / customer visits according to partners' preference

c.

Partner training / co-workshop

7.

Design the right content for partner training / joint events and thought leadership with Architect / technical writer and MarCom leader.

8.

Maintain good relationship with partners, during customer projects (BD team to lead).

9.

Proactively anticipate partnership program future needs, according to the market adoption / business momentum.

10.

Contribute as needed basis to all preparation of strategy deep dive, board meeting and other corporate strategy process.

Ability to interact at ease with top management and articulate thoughts and ideas in clear manner

Strong competency to maintain relations with customers / partners

6.

At least 5-year experience in commercial / product management / strategy related roles
