We are searching for the best talent for our Sr.

Manager IMSC Portfolio Strategy position!

This individual will be responsible for providing process and business case consultancy to Cross Functional IMSC Portfolio Leaders and to lead the effective case development and strategic scoring process for the IM Supply Chain business initiative.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement standard methodologies for portfolio intake and readiness.

Key Responsibilities:


* Design, deploy and maintain the IMSC standard process to ensure integration between strategy and case.

Enable effective and efficient prioritization, resourcing, and execution by leading readiness for Portfolio Intake via strong case & scoring.


* Craft the ongoing communications, training, deployment, playbook and RACI updates, and the ongoing standardized intake framework across IMSC.


* Own scaled operation and maturity of portfolio, program & project management, including reporting and resource prioritization across the execution portfolio in support of Global Execution.


* Develop the roadmap and lead the development, deployment and maturity of the portfolio intake process, ensuring all incoming initiatives align to strategic goals and quality standards.


* Develop and maintain intake process documentation, workflows, and guidelines.


* Implement strategic scoring systems, focusing on Strategic Alignment, Value, Other Benefits Identification, Risk Profile (PTRS), and External Environment.


* Facilitate teamwork to score potential projects and ensure alignment with interpersonal priorities.
