In this role, you will:


* Provide daily support for the Sales Operations Team, including processing and managing fulfilment orders and supporting department needs.


* Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned activities, analyzing data and delivering conclusions to stakeholders.


* Document processes, update them regularly, and share with team members, while also backing up team members as needed and participating in regular meetings with customers.


* Collaborate with customers, business partners, and internal or external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.


* Attend calls, follow up on internal stakeholders, and report outstanding items to relevant parties.


* Participate in improvement projects and provide input to enhance operating procedures.


* Understand KPI requirements to achieve and exceed desired results, actively participating in training courses and implementing new skills in work processes.
