A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Prepare and present cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and cold platters.


* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.


* Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to design and update the menu.


* Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.


* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.


* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area


* Take on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player

What we need from you


* At least 4 years of hotel experience, including expertise in banquet service


* Strong knowledge of cold food preparation technique


* Expertise in buffet presentation, ensuring visually appealing and high-quality displays.


* Proven ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining consistency and excellence.


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


* Excellent teamwork and communication skills


* Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
